Plugin Structure

Besides any other file needed by the plugin, ERPXE expects the following:
- plugin.xml: Plugin Data Section. Required.
- .ignore: Explicitly ignore plugin.
- .disabled: Explicitly Deactivate plugin.
- ?.menu: For compability with ERPXE 1.x.
