This plugin requires a static IP address (Default is 10.0.0.1).
Every change to the server IP MUST be reflected into the plugin's menu file.

Slax is a LiveCD Linux distribution based on Slackware and is currently being developed by Tomáš Matějíček.

Packages can be selected in a website where users can build a custom Slax iso image.

Slax slogan refers to the software as a "Pocket Operating System".

Linux Installation Instructions

Download slax612-XXX.tar.gz to /

https://sourceforge.net/projects/erpxe/files/plugins/

extract slax612-XXX.tar.gz file:

tar -xvzf slax612-XXX.tar.gz

Download Slax 6.1.2 ISO Latest Version to /mnt/ :

http://www.slax.org/get_slax.php

Mount ISO file to temporary location (/mnt/cdrom/)

mkdir /mnt/cdrom/
mount -o loop /mnt/slax-6.1.2.iso /mnt/cdrom/

Copy initrd.gz , vmlinuz , slax folder to appropriate directory: (LOWER CASE ONLY!)

cp /mnt/cdrom/boot/vmlinuz /tftpboot/er/plugins/slax/vmlinuz
cp /mnt/cdrom/boot/initrd.gz /tftpboot/er/plugins/slax/initrd.gz
cp -R /mnt/cdrom/slax/* /tftpboot/er/shares/slax/slax/

Verify files with filelist.txt in each folder.

All Done!
