Download debian6-ARCH-XXX.tar.gz to /

extract debian6-ARCH-XXX.tar.gz file:

tar -xvzf debian6-ARCH-XXX.tar.gz

Download Debian 6.0.3 ISO Latest Version to /mnt/ :

http://live.debian.net/

Mount ISO file to temporary location (/mnt/cdrom/)

mkdir /mnt/cdrom/
mount -o loop /mnt/debian-live-6.0.3-X-X-desktop.img /mnt/cdrom/

Debian 6.0.3 x86: Copy initrd.img , vmlinuz , filesystem.* to appropriate directory: (LOWER CASE ONLY!)

cp /mnt/cdrom/live/vmlinuz /tftpboot/er/plugins/debian/i386/vmlinuz
cp /mnt/cdrom/live/initrd.img /tftpboot/er/plugins/debian/i386/initrd.img 
cp /mnt/cdrom/live/filesystem.* /tftpboot/er/shares/debian/6/i386/live/

Debian 6.0.3 x64: Copy initrd.img , vmlinuz , filesystem.* to appropriate directory: (LOWER CASE ONLY!)
