In order to run SDIplugin from PXE you need to create an image file.
Image file type can be ISO or SDI - We will use SDI image file because it can be compressed using NTFS compression.
To use ISO files edit /tftpboot/win/{{{ntldrname}}}.sif and replace SDI with ISO
Move the created image into /tftpboot/er/plugins/{{{plugindir}}}
