Since PXE Knife has been superseded by Amahi Netboot and the original project is hard to get we have uploaded the entire project with our ERPXE plugin.
Download pxeknife002-XXX.tar.gz to /

extract pxeknife002-XXX.tar.gz file:
tar -xvzf pxeknife002-XXX.tar.gz
